Years ago, the lovable face/logo of the Arizona Lottery, Windfall Willie, vanished into thin air. Well, we brought the old gold miner back to life and gave him a makeover as the new Chief Fun Officer of the Arizona Lottery. A complex combination of wisdom and wisecracks, we evolved Willie from a caricature to a character and his only desire is to make sure everyone’s playing and having a good time. For the past two years, Windfall Willie has been the face of the Arizona Lottery. And as you can tell, we’ve been able to keep every new campaign fresh and fun, whether it’s through TV, radio, digital, social, outdoor and nontraditional.
